Optionstage.com provide all products a 30 days warranty start at the first thirty (30) days of the invoice date. After 30 days and some products might have the extra warranty. Please look at the item package for additional warranty information. (If the package do not have the warranty card or information that mean the item only have 30 days warranty cover by our company. Body kits, fenders, bumper, hood, spoiler, spark plug, engine parts, suspension parts, and electronics products are only cover by manufacturer warranty. Please complete and mail in any warranty registration to the manufacturer.

Except the items we have speical notice on the item page "Warranty & Return Policy”". All parts after thirty-(30) days are covered only by the Manufacturer Warranty. Manufacturer warranties vary and are included with your product and should be reviewed carefully for additional information. Option Stage provides a 30-day guarantee on the workmanship of products. After 30 days, any defect in the product must be addressed directly with the manufacturer. Please review the manufacturer information you receive with your new product to learn more about the manufacturer warranty.

All parts are intends to be install by professional; all warranty will be void if customers attempt to make the installation themselves. All warranty will be void if the defect was caused by customer's abuse, negligence, and misuse or mishandling.

If your product becomes defective within the first thirty- (30) days of the invoice date, you may return it for an exchange or refund the product cost's (Shipping is Non-refundable). All non-defective returns are subject to a minimum 20% and up of restocking fee and must be file the RMA Form within the first 30 days of the invoice.

Return and exchange customers:

Before returning any item, you must contact our returns department using our RMA FORM within thirty days of your invoice and we will provide you with return instructions and a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, the RMA numbers are only good for 5days from the day of issue. Option Stage will only offer a refund on unopened items. Defective items may be returned for a same-item exchange only.
