USA and Canada. Other than those two Countries please contact us for the

International Order Information (Except Canada):
All international orders are NO return
and refund. Also, we only accept the PayPal for the payment and the shipping
and handling fees will not be same as we show on the web site. The reason
is all the international order need to ship by international express air
mail. * Optionstage.com will not respond
for any customer tax that outside USA. Customers will need to take care
of them and ask your local post office about the customer tax.
All international customers will need to sign the agreement
with Optionstage.com to accept the statement above and fax or e-mail us
back with the total amount direct to our Paypal account (we can only ship
to the address that is confirmed by Paypal). To get our agreement and
the total amount of the item price, please contact our Customer Service
DEPT by using our Contact

NOTICE TO International Customers:
We might not be able to ship all the products we carrys to outside USA.
All oversize item or the items that is not meet the USA Post Office requirement
are not able to ship outside USA.
Canadian International Order Information:
Items:
We can only ship the normal size items to Canada; No Over-Size Item can
be ship to Canada. Our web site has the detail information which products
are over-size items.
Credit Card Payment and Billing Information:
Our Yahoo Store System accpet order from Canada, we accept
VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and Verified PayPal
account payments with confirmed address by Paypal. (NO Over-Size Items)
For international
orders. Shipping rate Does Not include customs clearance. Brokerage charges,
duties and taxes. All charges will be billed to the customer.
1) We only ship to the billing
address register with the credit card & where their bills are sent.
2) Customer must provide
us with the name of the bank, which issued the credit card and the 1-800#
customer service number located on the back of their credit card. Please
include this information at checkout.

by phone for address verification and authorization.
All questionable orders will mark as "On-Hold" in the order
status. You will receive a confirmation e-mail withdetail information
on the status of your order.
Paypal Payment:

be ship to a PayPal confirm address.

time before ship out, depending on the size, weight, distance and availability.

to let our customers know how long it will take for us to process your
order or get the items to start ship out to you.
Item Availabiity:
Time for packaging and credit card process of the order, this
time does not includes shipping time. The actual delivery time would be
item availablity + Shipping time (the shipping method which customers
selected at Checkout).
For Example: Item availablity is 2-3 business day and is shipped via UPS
Standard and is in transit for 7-12 business days. The actual delivery
time would be 9-15 business days.
