American Express, Discover Card and Verified US PayPal account payments.
Optionstage.com DO NOT accept any phone order or credit card information
by e-mail or phone.
Shipping &
Handling:
Shipping & Handling charge shown on item page is for single item purchase
only. For multiple-items order, shipping & handling charge will be
calculated by total weight shown on Shopping Cart System page.
Optionstage.com has no local pick-up service.

Credit Card Payment & Billing Information:
1) The Billing address input at shopping
cart check-out MUST BE SAME AS the billing address register
with the credit card & where their bills are sent.
2)) All Credit Card orders can only be shipped to the billing address
in record on the credit card. We only ship small item(s) to P.O. Box and
APO, FPO addresses. [such as light bulbs, turbo timer...item(s) with in
2-lbs]
3)Customer must input current phone number can be reached,
the CVV2 number on the back
of your credit card at check out.
PayPal Payment:
All PayPal payment order must have a verified US PayPal account and we
can only be ship to a PayPal confirm address. Optionstage.com Paypal system
accept visa and master.
*All fraudulent orders will be reported to the FBI, local & state
authorities and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
All questionable orders will mark as "On-Hold" in the order
status. You will receive a confirmation email with detail information
on the status of your order.
Shipping and Delivery Time:
All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent
upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. Most orders
are shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving your order, some item
require additional time before ship out, depending on the size, weight,
distance and location (Body kits, Hood, Fender, Special order etc…)
. No orders are processed or shipped on
Saturdays or Sundays. In the event of delays, every effort
will be made to contact you by E-mail. If the delay is due to backorder,
you will receive notice by phone or e-mail and be given the choice to
remain on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel your order.
Signatures are require of all orders (there must be someone to sign for
the package or you have to pick it up from the local USPS/UPS/Fed Ex.
All orders in credit card/order process, packaging or waiting to be ship
out will mark your order as "On-Hold" in the
order status. You will receive a confirmation email with detail information
on the status of your order.
For any shipment that is refused, you will automatically
be charged $5.00 or 10%, whichever is greater, to cover costs associated
with processing your order and return. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Optionstage.com provide item abailablity on each item pages
to let our customers know how long it will take for us to process your
order or get the items to start ship out to you.
Item Availabiity:
Time for packaging and credit card process of the order, this
time does not includes shipping time. The actual delivery time would be
item availablity + Shipping time (the shipping method which customers
selected at Checkout).
For Example: Item availablity is 2-3 *business
day and is shipped via UPS Standard and is in transit for 3-7 business
days. The actual delivery time would be 5-10 business days. (Shipping
time is depend on the shipping company and we cannot control that part.
We will try our best to make the process time shorter and hope our customers
will get the products as soon as possible.)
